About Us

Greenhouse E3 is a national nonprofit organization founded to support and develop executive leaders for the charter school sector. Our organization's purpose and vision is to increase the success and stability of the CMO sector in support of the most underserved students across the country. Our mission is to build regional and national pipelines of future CEOs who are representative of the diverse students that CMOs serve, and to prioritize support of these leaders once they are in the CEO role. We do this so that these leaders can prepare for and quickly thrive in top executive leadership roles and successfully lead the sector for years to come.

Our national program is built on the success of a proven model– the Executive Education Experience (E3) founded in New Orleans. We’ve taken this proven cohort model for aspiring and early stage CEOs and senior executives of small and medium size charter management organizations and expanded it to serve charter schools nationally – adding intensive 1:1 coaching for new CEOs by a fellow CEO, and adding a new fellowship specifically tailored to the unique needs of large CMOs with 10 or more schools. We have existing partnerships with Indianapolis, Washington DC, New Orleans, and 8 of the largest and highest performing CMOs in the country, and will grow our support of the charter sector and the CEOs who lead it with new partnerships across the country in the coming years.
