The Greenhouse E3 Fellowship

The Greenhouse E3 (Executive Education Experience) Fellowships are highly selective, 2-year cohort programs to prepare aspiring CMO CEOs and executives for the role, and to support new CMO executives so that they can quickly thrive in their role.

Intentionally designed to be intimate, each Greenhouse E3 cohort learns how to drive results across several schools, lead with a strong vision, and successfully manage the complexity of a multi-charter school organization.

The Fellowship seeks to create a diverse cohort of fellows where leaders of different backgrounds and experiences are supported and developed for current and future executive leadership roles within CMOs.

What Fellows Get Out of the Program

  2. Technical training covering core understandings and competencies of successful CMO CEOs and Executives: Directions Setting, Strategic Management, DEI Lens, Leading and Developing Others
